I agree, let’s talk about this on the state level. Every state should have its own laws, and a clear, concise way to present them to people so that no one is caught breaking the law who thought they weren’t.
I know states having their own laws can make problems for their neighboring states, but the bottom line is I live in Alaska. Bear attacks are common even on the edge of our largest city and guns save lives. You’d be a fool to go many places here without a bear gun.
